Herman is best know for his efforts to establish the Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA with his friend, the author James A. Michener.
“My hope is that the Silverman Gallery will be a catalyst to inspire people to collect the works of today’s emerging artists in the style of the New Hope Colony traditiion.” – Herman Silverman
The Silverman Gallery opened in March, 2011 and remains the premier art Gallery in Bucks County, PA.
